Price List January 2026 onwards   Oxfordshire County Council Early Years Grant will be deducted from all bills as appropriate and will be shown on your invoice.

Grant funding is 15 hours or if eligible 30 hours per week for the funded weeks during the term. These are not always the same as the number of The Close Day Nursery term weeks and where these differ, invoices will include the additional days in the term as per the table above. Please note that this is not negotiable.

The correct funding amount will be deducted from your invoice evenly over the term. Where you are eligible for free 15 or 30 hours, these are only available for half a day and private fees will be chargeable for the other half if attending for a full day.   These can be taken as 15 hours per week over 38 weeks or 12 hours per week over 48 weeks. Please note the 30 hours funding can be spread over 50 weeks a year.

Please be advised we only offer full time spaces in the Baby Room, term time only is not available for under 2’s.
